 Recognition procedures after mobility (students)In order to promote incoming students' recognition by their institute As soon as mobility period is over Erasmus Office uses the institution's database to produce their transcript of record in which someone can find out all educational components they have taken, the number of ECTS credits they have achieved, and the grades they have been awarded accompanied by Coordinator’s report about academic and integration behavior. The transcript is issued by the Departmental Secretariat, signed by the Brigadier and includes details of the student’s mobility. Certification documents are going to be sent directly to the incoming students' Institution generally within a month of the end of the mobility period. A Confirmation of Studied Courses Grades in English can be issued by the erasmus Office, endorsed by the Academic Coordinator,upon student's request, which can serve as a semi-official Transcript of Records with the grades and ECTS credits obtained until the official Transcript of Records is sent to the incoming student's Institution. In order to promote institute's students' recognition For students returning from mobility period, upon receipt of transcription of records by the host Institution the Erasmus-ects coordinator proposes the recognition and award of ects to the Educational Board ,when ratification takes place Erasmus office notifies education department with formal document so that all recognized ects are included in the Diploma Supplement. All academic activities indicated in the learning agreement and satisfactorily completed by the mobile students are counted towards the degree and as a result students are exempted from equivalent study requirements in order to graduate. Only actions that derive from the learning agreement will be credited and recognised. Staff Mobility Staff mobility is taken under consideration for their evaluation or involvement in relevant projects.All experience gained through international cooperation projects under the Erasmus+ Programme will be accumulated so that it is easier to share and monitor new developments,by all means participants will take the credit for it. Furthermore we aim in developing and updating curricula and syllabus in relevance with the obtained Knowledge and experience. Our institution recognises staff mobility in formal manner by drafting a mobility certification document and an evaluation report by Erasmus Coordinator in order to be part of their personal files. |
